More character creation options [WIP]

I was planning on making more options for character creation to add more creative freedom. I wanted to also add hips and butt sizes but I don't have an accurate guess to how big or small they'll be. Plus, the wiki have nothing on them.

I would suggest making balls optional along with penis and vagina for the hermaphrodite option for those of us who want to play a full package one and those who want to go ball less.

There’s actually other options to increase it, such as consuming certain tfs raw (which is very inconvenient). You can see the options here https://wiki.smutosaur.us/CoC2/Face#Lips

Yes, but they all have limits, except for Kassyra so maybe something like with hip size but for lips in the character creaton
