Maybe add more parasites to it? Slimes, worms, more tentacles, stuff like that. I'd like the slimes especially. Maybe slime's invading your balls, eating the cum and making your testicles grow, like a few of the sex scenes, but this is permanent unless you cum, or get the slimes out.
