Mobile saves

So I saved my progress to a file and saved that file via email. How do I get that save file onto my new device? I click load file, but it just comes up with this screen. Am I really going to have to restart?

What device do you have? On my Galaxy s5 phone its keep in "Device Storage" /data/com.fenoxo.coc

ok, so i moved the file into that folder, and it's now showing up in the "Load files" screen, but I can't click on it. It won't let me load it.

You have a *.coc file? All my game saves are *.sol files

Yeah, all my games have saved as *.coc files, I'm using a Samsung tablet. Are you using an ipad/Apple mobile device? Maybe it different that way.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5..

And I don't look at the saves there much, but the folder does have Belgrath.coc

Yeah I tried it again, I can't load saves that I previously saved to file and downloaded.

The issue is down to the system having two versions of saves ('Save' and 'Save to File').

'Save to File' works fine but you cant 'Load from File'

'Save' Works (and subsequently 'Load'-ing that file works) but you cant get that save off your device (Which is annoying as i want to edit my character).

Has anyone figured this out or is it bugged?
