Mission/Quest logs?

The new interface is taking some getting used to. I'm starting to like it though. The one thing I've encountered is that I can't bring up missions or quests. I seem to recall in the old version going to the Codex and finding them there. Can someone point me to it in the new version?

I also cannot find the quest log either. It seems like it should still be in the codex under its own tab, but I do not see the option. Perhaps they have not implemented it yet or it may be a bug?
