Mirror Stance Question

Do you have to be HIT with the attack for Mirror Stance to steal the ability? I was thinking of a Arcane Thief Dodge Tank, but if Evading an attack doesn't count that would be dead in the water.

Yes, it lets you steal powers that can be thought to you for a price, in combat you get it for free when mirror stance is active use sense on an enemy to know what is stealable, note that sense doesn't always work the first time and it can be frustrating.

Uh. Sorry if I'm not understanding but do I have to be HIT or can I EVADE and still get the power?

You need to be hit to gain the power.

If you dodge the attack you don't get it. you have to be hit
