How can I get Svern's milking machine?

You should have finished all the Wayfort upgrades, allowing Gianna's caravan to permanently set a spot there. Upon clicking their square, Svern should have a new option that says 'Machine'. From there, you can have a short/long explanation of what it is/what it does.
