On Dhaal, fighting against the Milk Thief I went to tease against the milk thief with breasts and got off one tease before it crashed.
I've never edited my save, only playing with the inbuilt cheat engine. So its not a save issue.
Here's as much of the crash report as I could copy. (I think I got it all.) And a save of the character that crashes. I got on Dhaal, but not immediately before the fight.
