Miko vs Mai - Post Pregnancy Content

Hey figured few of you can help me as I'm debating who I want to choose this playthrough and I can't for the life of me remember the differences in content. I know Miko gets thiccer and milky and Mai gets more affectionate and "normal". But I can't remember outside of that what happens, especially with Miko and I'm debating choosing her since I'm going more corrupt than usual with this run... The wiki is really out of date so it's pretty vague.

Is there any personality changes with Miko? Are there scenes with the twins? What sex scenes are kept from pregnancy if any?

Which of Mai's scenes does she keep again? I remember more about Mai than Miko at this point but can't remember what scenes she gets to keep post pregnancy. I know she mellows out a lot and is warmer, and there are scenes with your kit.

Yes when you get the scene where they ask you to choose which one you'd prefer to settle down with hypothetically - the one you choose will go into heat later and you'll have the option to give them a good breeding or go get help. It will only happen with the one you chose though and only once.
