Under Miko's sex options, the "patslut" button replaces the headpats with an incomplete copy of the preg/bellypats before she's been knocked up
I tested a little with a different character, and when she is knocked up, it ends up with two different "patslut" buttons (with the same results; headpat being replaced with incomplete bellypat, but the bellypat one working as intended)
