I doubt that "kitsune wife" as an archetype in porn originated from that one specific comic. Also that character really doesn't seem similar to Kiyoko at all, aside from being a kitsune who gets pregnant.
You could probably find 50 more of those fairly easily.

Kiyoko's a lot more calm and reserved than the woman in that comic, so I doubt she's directly inspired by her. Though page 6 is suspiciously similar to one of the random talks the Champ can have with her.
The archetype goes back to stories that are at least twelve hundred years old; the Nihon Ryouiki for example has an account of a transformed fox marrying a human that's claimed to date back a couple centuries before the text itself, and other old texts have similar stories.
