Was roaming in the second half of the first area (the one near the camp that has to cleared of dead bodies), encountered a Virgin Vanae Huntress, defeated said huntress then left without reading the sex scene. Error in the image below.

this seems to be a similar issue, if not the same issue as this one, so possibly known and fixed for next version
