Meridyx flag?

As a new bust was added, I've really been trying to find Meridyx. f
On my save file, lags.MERIDYX_REMOVE doesn't exist, while flags.KQ_RESOLUTION = 2 in my save. KQ_THARSUS_DEF = 1 as well.
I've spent literal hours exploring Old Forest but still haven't managed to trigger the encounter. Does anyone know if there is any hidden requirement for the encounter, or a specific tile, etc?

You should not have:
flags.MERIDYX_REMOVE
flags.MERIDYX_INVITE
Then:
flags.KQ_THARSUS_DEF = 1
flags.KQ_RESOLUTION should be different than 2 (so 1 or 3) -> and that is probably your problem.
