is there a way to increase her abilities?(at least from what the tooltip says) ive only got the preg speed increase once and still cant use her decrease preg speed option,i even tried seeing if it would open up after each speed increase and still nothing

I dunno how you only got that option once, unless you've gotten it before without remembereing it
I can't remember how many times you can do it, but I usually do it a couple times on my characters
But she does have an upper limit of how much she's willing to do. But her mother can help you increase that beyond that limit (just go ask for Services)

exactly i can increase it but for some reason i cant decrease it even after only speeding it up once
