What methods are there to achieve hermaphrodite status? As a male main, I stumbled upon Nagazm giving my character a vagina, and I checked the wiki to find that it works the other way around too (So I could give it to Kia and make her into a hermaphrodite), but is it the only way to achieve the herm state, or are there others?

For potions, Estos and Testos are, as far as I know, the Female and Male gender switch potions respectively, so they should work, but I've had awful luck generating that effect.
Equinium+ has a very strong chance to grow a horsecock on a female user, but you can't make that yourself as far as I know.
Using the Cat Dynasty theme room in the Rigard Brothel or the Sacred Spring in the Highlands will both slowly switch your gender towards hermaphrodite, but also change your race to a catmorph or a weaselmorph, respectively.
If you're a female PC, using Roa's "strap on" option at the Rigard Brothel 15 times will cause the enchanted strap-on to merge with you and become a functioning cock.

Another way is through Uru. If you're a girl, say you are interested in her vagina when you first meet her, she will grow you a dick. When you get to Eden, go to the desert and find a Naga, DO NOT ATTACK IT, you have to immediately choose Submit. It will lead to it using its venom, which will grow your cock. Keep doing this until you have the size you want. Voila, you are a herm.
