Hello, I wanted to ask if someone had a translation of the game into Spanish? or if not, give me advice on how I should start a translation since I enjoy playing the game a lot and would like to be able to play a version in my language in the future.

Hey, how much english do you understand?

I don't believe that they will make a Spanish translation of the game, because of the amount of content in it for one and two the time it would take. I'm sorry to tell you this.

hahahahaha. You know the game has more text than most encyclopedias right? Las time i checked I think there were over 7 million words in the main TiTS document.

There is no hope of ever getting translations of a huge all-text game like this. Sorry.

I know it would be a lot of work but I would not mind initiating a translation.

It would be even harder then you think. It would not just be translating sentences. The code builds the text dynamically based on each Steele's unique traits. Since Spanish grammar structure is different than English, you would have to recode everything.

An example:
Code:
if (pc.ballSize() >= 12)
        {
            output("\n\n<i>“F-F-Fuck...”</i> Roxy looks up, barely able to mouth that awed slur. Golden eyes glaze over with vacancy, and from the look she gives you moments before turning back to your weighty [pc.ballsNoun], her head is melting. There are no sharp pinches to your majestically endowed nuts, only luxuriously smooth rubs and squeezes to your pulsing spunk-reactors. They throb with immense load they carry. Behind");
            if (pc.balls > 1) output(" their");
            else output(" its");
            if (pc.hasFur()) output(" fuzzy");
            else if (pc.hasScales()) output(" scaly");
            output(" wall, your hefty [pc.ballsNounIsAre] engorging with roiling seed, indicated by a sensuous and gentle tingle that brings the contents to a boil.");
            output("\n\nRoxy strains her jaw to open as wide as it can, firming her lips to your testicles");
            if (pc.ballSize() >= 22) output(" which are even larger than her head");
            output(", flavoring the air she breathes with the incredibly virile musk of her rightful mate.");
}

You can't just swap words from English to Spanish.

Yeah...before you jump into a translation project, keep in mind that TiTS has at least 7 million words.

To put that into perspective, the longest novel ever written is Cyrus the Great, by Madeleine de Scudéry and that's 2.1 million words.

For more of a manageable perspective, the three books that make up the Lord of the Rings is about 450,000 words. You'd have to have 15 copies of the collected trilogy to understand the word count. And like DrunkZombie said, you'd have to translate the coding as well.

I just have to change the words generated in the code to Spanish, and then fix the possible errors. I know it's a lot of work but I really want to do it, and I do not know if I'll finish the job "I hope so" but I want to try.

ok, let's say to you can translate 5k words a day, which I highly doubt, it would take you over 4 years working every day to translate the game if we don't count all the extra content that will be added during that time.

It will be a project in the very long term, I know, but it had to be done sooner or later, and I decided to start doing it.

I'll try to answer in the language you want to translate the game to.
