Right now it appears to be fixed in size and shape. We know they can take different shapes (Miko and Mai have one that's canine with a knot) so maybe it's something they plan to expand on later. Another thing we know is that Cait and Brienne can get ghostlights of their own, so we're clearly not done with Evergreen's menu of services yet.

Yeah I thought about that considering it barely got added I was just making sure there wasn't already a method to change it.
