Out of the blue I stumbled on a furry one (seems 90% of them are furry) that was translated from Russian called Great Troubles. It was short, cute in the not-obnoxiously-trying-too-hard way and I even liked the story. Also appreciated that the MC wasn't a generic wallfly, his personality was actually a good bit of what made it enjoyable. Not a whole ton of erotic content but it'd keep you busy for an afternoon.

In the same place I ran across that I saw another equally furry visual novel called Repeat. Can't recommend that one as highly. There's a sort of irony in that a translated game will be more terse while a native English one will drone on and on, belaboring a point in dialogue. Not always to excess in every place but they add up and often they're just not interesting to read - plus I think this one's not nearly as subtle as it thinks it is; its "hints" basically give the story away and more often than not the characters take forever to figure something out that would have been obvious to you hours ago. Still, it's not terrible. I think there are only like 3 short sex scenes and the writer for it clearly has no idea how to do them and the way he draws dicks is...long, I guess? They're silly-looking. You wouldn't be playing it for those.

Blackgate does a much better job of not dragging out yet also never giving too much away.

I found Great Troubles difficult to enjoy because of how often the MC goes on and on about Samantha and how pretty she is yada yada. If i'm playing an M/M, i don't want the character I'm playing as to go on about how straight he is. Personal taste, obviously, but I thought it was pertinant to mention.

Blackgate *is* pretty exceptional, especially in terms of storytelling for the genre.

I'll write a list here, but for brevity's sake, i'm going to avoid listing games you can find on these forums or that were mentioned above. You may also note that I'm not listing any furry games. That said, I will include those in the list if requested.

Other games you may find some interest in;
See No Evil; this is really good, but bara, so if you're not into guys with a bit of chub or chest hair...
Black Grimoire is great, especially for an RPGMaker game, but you need a visual novel reader type program to translate it from JP to ENG. This is also bara, but muscly rather than hair or chub.
The End of Dreams is similar to Black Grimoire, but I preferred BG. That's just personal taste though, so feel free to give it a try.
Sugar Shooter and sequels are also decent bara games, but they're bullet hells, and getting the full sex scenes requires a stellar performance, so if you're just looking to get off, find something less difficult.
Janken Strip is a simple but enjoyable little game. It's only good for half an hour's entertainment, but that could be long enough to get off.
The last game that comes to mind that isn't a VN is Super Health Club. This is alright. The art is pretty good, but the gameplay could be more involved, IMHO.

If we include VNs the list expands considerably but I'll exclude anything you need a VN reader program to translate for you.
Anything by Nitro+ is fantastic and you can always find an english patch. Of these, Dramatical Murder, Togainu no Chi, Sweet Pool and Lamento: Beyond the Void are particularly good. Be warned: with the exception of DM, N+ games are uniformly either violent or disturbing or both. Ranked from safest to most disturbing; DM, L:BtV, TnC and finally SP. If you're at all squeamish, try them in this order.
The Black Monkey games I've played thus far, Sleepover and Bacchikoi are both very good. I love their art, in particular.
Coming Out on Top is pretty good, but I found the main menu music to be so bad that it discouraged me from playing the game for fear that I would have to listen to whole seconds of it.
No, Thank You!! is also pretty good, but it takes a bit to really understand why the MC is the way he is, and his character may be off-putting to some.
Starfighter Eclipse has excellent art, but most of the sex scenes are just a single picture. I'm not sure why that is, but it may have to do with the IP's origin as a webcomic.
Requiesence is reasonably good, but not excellent. I do find the MC to be quite easy on the eyes, however.
Managed to forget Silver Chaos. It's roughly similar to Requiesence in quality, but has more paths. It's drawn in an older yaoi-esque style, so idk if that'd appeal or not.

One of my favorite TF game with lots of M/M content is "Flesh Cult". It's online, browser based, so just search for it. Its content generalized, so you can choose any pairings you want, and it's well balanced.
That's how all adult games should be made, by my mind - providing lots of interactivity to any player, so they can find all what they like in the game, instead of rotating around one author's kink.
It's especially funny to me when I see more new games on this site with very loud title and description promising very naughty content, while in fact it's just one more hyper-boobs game based on one author's fantasy (and quite vanilla). You can't explore sexuality in such games, they are too limited.

Personal taste, yeah. I liked that aspect just because I enjoy a bit of an opening up to the idea sort of arc. If there's anything I didn't like about it it'd be that the main grill was a super boring boy scout. It was to such an extent that I was almost sure that he was the bad guy when they brought up how it's always who you least suspect.

Seeing a new creepy 3D model big boobs vanilla game every other day is def. tiring and also funny when they're acting like they're -so- naughty for featuring dominating a bunch of slutty-looking girls who may or may not be related to your PC - like one of those late night commercials full of girls with flat voices. Those really aren't any sort of exploration of sexuality; they're pure safe space old school Playboyesque stuff. One of the most often-quoted reasons people ended up liking Fenoxo's games despite some initial hesitance was the fact that it pushed people out of their comfort zones and yet had enough oomph to ease them into things they otherwise wouldn't have ever grown to like.

Not that every game should try to be a huge sandbox that runs on novelty (and if it doesn't center around something the creator likes in some way or another they're just not going to stay motivated) but treading over such well-worn lines without adding any variation to it and not allowing for any player deviation or exploration defeats the point of making it a game.

This irritates me because in my personal experience, no gay guys and most bi guys simply never experience such a thing IRL. It's pure 'convert the straight guy' stuff, which is almost as played out as hypertits.

Eh, I think that's mostly because lately everyone's trying to push the ~you're just born that way~ narrative for understandable political reasons when in reality a lot of people actually do experiment and open up to new things they might not have considered if they hadn't been exposed to it or given an opportunity they were comfortable with - it's just that then, with this mode of thinking, people are going back to try and say someone was like that from the beginning even when it was clearly the result of trying something new and either liking it or coming to like it. We acknowledge that people can acquire tastes in every other way but sexuality even when in the same breath a person can admit that some particular person or community or even a game opened them up to something and expanded their tastes.

I know I didn't like much guy on guy stuff at least as far as eroticism goes (with romance stories I don't really care what the pairings are so long as the writing's interesting) until trying out some different kinds and getting a bit of a taste for it.

I'd argue the point, but this isn't the place for it. If you want to have that conversation, feel free to send me a message. That said, lets keep this topic on point, as much as possible please.

It's still in pretty early development, but my game Hell Game (it's a working title) is pretty much exclusively M/M and has a reasonable chunk of content, with a lot more to come.
I liked it , i loved the quotations from Dante, And the fact that is so easy to change aspect. But after you finish talking with everybody, there isn´t that much to do.

Hey, glad to hear you liked it! And yeah, when I started working on it I wanted to avoid the problem a lot of new porn games fall into where they end up not actually having any porn. Except I think I went a little too hard in that direction, so it's basically nothing but sex scene CYOA stuff right now. A lot more stuff is planned, it's just there's still some infrastructure work I need to do before I can start working on, you know, actual plot and progression.

Your right, it's not really explicit. It kinda falls more under a more ambiguous column, sorry.
I've tried it and it's silly. It's like talking to a stupid bot. They feed the network only with the last 8 messages, meaning, anything that happened to your character before doesn't matter. Things are happening illogically there, more like semi-random with an unclear goal.

These seem pretty explicit to me. Maybe things changed in the last month?

I tried it recently and you just have to make the game remember stuff that you consider unchanging throughout your story with the command /remember like so: "/remember You are married to a man named Robert. "

You... You're the one who wrote The New Hive?!!

That one was uh.... Niche to say the least. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game and it's well-written, but it's probably the only porno game I've ever played that actually made me gag. I applaud you.

Haha, yup, that's me. Thanks, I guess?

Incidentally, germane to the thread, The New Hive is another M/M game that I've written, now! I guess consider it in the context of that person's post above! V: There's a big list of relevant content in the 'content notes' link in the game's splash page.
