Hey, can anyone help me? I'm making a lust build in the game and i don't know where to start. do i need to be a certain race, or do certain things? If anybody can help me get max Lust damage that be great thank you!
1. First, decide if you want Ice Cold from character creation or not. Ice Cold inverts the Libido calculation so low Libido is better. Low Libido reduces the amount of passive Lust gain, but will also lock you out of Energizing Libido, which doesn't do anything for Lust builds directly, but does cause you to not lose Energy when orgasming.
2. Maximize Sexiness. Whether or not you took Ice Cold, you should maximize Sexiness. This is most easily done by walking around naked at first, but as you get access to more equipment, you'll want to prioritize Sexiness.
3. You should probably get as many Pheromone Perks as you feel comfortable with (some require transformatives or body parts you may not want for your character). I don't know of any way to remove Pheromone Perks, so once you have them, you can take any transformatives you want afterward and keep them.
4. Consider raising Exhibitionism. It reduces the penalty for Teasing while Blind (not that common, but still helpful).
5. The Treatment: You probably want to take it. Faux Cow is usually recommended for the permanent +5 Sexiness, but Bull gets +4 Pheromones. +40 Maximum Lust is useful. If you took Ice Cold, you'll need to use a bunch of Chill Pills afterward. We can have a whole conversation about the benefits of the various paths if you like.
1. Doll Makerr, IQ-BGone: Inhuman Desire 15 (must be done first, can be save-scummed.)
2. Mitzi's Cutnosis: +15 (Optional, also gives Easy. I don't think +20% Tease damage taken in combat is worth it.)
3. The Treatment, +40 (May have downsides or additional benefits depending on path.)
4. KiroQuest VR Adventure +20 (may or may not fit your character, comes with +20 Minumum Lust)
5. Alternative Tease Attacks: Milk Squirt (Lactating), Myr Venom (Red/Orange Pill), Dick Slap (Aphrodisiac 12"+ Penis). None of these are necessary, but you may want one or more anyway. If you have Mega Milk, Milk Fountain or Vanae Milk, you'll always have enough for Milk Squirt. Otherwise, it's based on Fullness. Lactation cam also be used for Energy regen via Hand Milk.
6. Weapons: There are a few Lust weapons. Most are Ranged. The best is probably the Heavy Slut Ray, which can be Overcharged by Tech Specialists or fired 4 times in one round by Mercenaries with Rapid Fire (otherwise you only get 1 shot). Still decent on a Smugger. Royal Shard Bow is extremely effective on anything that doesn't resist Drug. You still get 1/2 Physique or Aim as bonus damage. You'll still want to carry a weapon for enemies you can't beat via Tease.
7. Accessories: Bimbo Sigewulfe can be useful early on, but her effectiveness falls of later and she doesn't benefit from Attack Drone or Drone Control. Bimbolium Defense System can be very effective if you find your Shields drop a lot, especially if you've invested in Shields.
8. Classes:
Mercenary: Can fire Slut Rays 3-4 times a round with Rapid Fire, which is the only way to benefit from Heavy's Bonus Hit Rate.
Smuggler: High Sexiness often correlates with high Evasion. Can get 3 shots with Royal Shard Bow at the beginning of combat, it also has one of the higher Evasion values for Ranged weapons. Tease weapons can't Crit, so they don't work with Alpha Strike. Quick Draw lets you swap weapons without losing a turn. Teasing while Invisible is supposed to cause a penalty. Heavy Slut Ray is still very good even with only one shot/round because of Stun Chance.
Tech Specialist: Can Overcharge Slut Rays. Somewhat overlaps the Stun flag on the Heavy Slut Ray. High Shields benefit the Bimbolium Defense System.
Techs also have access to Paralyzing Shock from level 1 which can paralyze for up to 3 turns (Depending on Intelligence) and it gives +25% to base tease damage.
Arguably not the most effective use of your energy given that Overcharge and the Heavy Slut Ray both stun but always an option.

Might be worth to mention that if you get to +50 libido with Ice Cold it instead turns into the "Warm Blooded" perk (Which actually does nothing except turn back into Ice Cold when going back under 50 libido) which means that with Ice Cold even if you are increasing libido at the very worse you are going to always have an effective libido of at least 50.
So, there's not really any effective downside to choosing Ice Cold even if you want to increase libido (Obviously with the exception of not choosing another starting perk but I don't think any other starting perk affects combat). So don't feel pressured on your choice of picking Ice Cold or not.
Although I will say that getting to 0 libido is a struggle in of its self; Chill Pills only take you down to 4 libido. So, the way I've found to get to 0 libido is doing Anno's Huskar Foursome which reduces libido by 2 every time you do it.
(Or you can just get the Sensory Damper Implant)
There's always the option to go in the opposite direction of Ice Cold and get the Corrupted perk (Gotten by increasing Taint to 100) that increases max libido to 200 but stops Taint from decreasing from 100.
Having a max libido of 200 will probably be the way to get your max Lust damage. Although you would probably want to increase your willpower so that you don't get defeated by lust yourself.
Other than that there is this guide to getting certain combat perks that will most-likely help you with your lust build.
