okay so normally I play reserved champs but bimbos have a soft spot on my heart, the thing is, I hate getting blue balled, is there any way I can lower the champs libido or am I stuck having to postpone going on quests to boink people so that the status stays away?

There's a item that Kohaku sells it's the complete opposite of lustful liquor it's called ice wine. If you want to get it fast and it's not there in her "inventory" give her 3 metal pieces to change her items if it's not there.

The Bimbo perk gives you a minimum Libido of 75, meaning that you can't possibly get it below the point where Blue Balled starts to proc. The only way to get the personality and not be perma-horny is via the (temporary) Honey Brain perk, which you'll lose access to once you purify the hive.
