loss of battle icons during Alraune fight

during the fight seemingly at random, the battle icons will vanish and it forces me to reload the browser. I've tried this fight multiple times and it happens each time.

I'm using Chrome 66 on windows 10

the console says

I can't recreate this even using your save file.
Is it the first fight vs. the Herald and other Effigies, or the actual Mother Alraune fight?
Do you have certain combat effects when it procs?
What abilities are you using?
Are you using teases?

honestly, it might have just been because I'm not on the latest version of chrome but it was during the fight with the actual mother and I was just using the basic black mage abilities
