Hmmmm. https://wiki.smutosaur.us/TiTS/Testicle These are all the ways to reduce testicle size and count (reducing the count to zero obviously removes them). I've tried most of them out and they all work for removing Nuki Nuts on multiple of my characters. Without being able to see your file, I can't know what values are conflicting here to prevent you from removing the perk, but my best recommendation would be to keep trying different items until something works. If none of them do and you still can't figure out what's messing it up, I don't think anything short of a save editor will fix it.

Also, question: what is actually HAPPENING with your Nuki Nuts in this situation. If you don't have testicles, how is the perk even functioning? It's one thing if it's still there and inactive, but how is it interfering with your gameplay if you don't even have balls to swell in the first place?

Load your file and hit save to file. If it isn't working you should head over to the bug section and report it with as much relevant information as possible (device, which apk, error code, etc).

If your character started as a half kui-tan, the perk is permanent regardless if your character lost their testicles. However I made a recent edit for the next release that should remove the perk entirely if the character has no balls at all.

they just get a racial trait non of the other parent races master race transformative gives you a perk so yeah the Kui-tan are special in that regard

Now that's a bit daft. I'd think that a half-kaithrit would have some sort of flexibility perk, half leithan having a higher likelihood to trigger TF effects that turn them into taurs if they did veer from that form, and gryvains having a higher sensitivity to female-based transformations. Ausar less likely to lose their knot on penile transformations probably. Humans? I don't know, higher sensitivity to terran treat effect or something?

1. Nuki Nuts is prioritized because that aspect of the Kui-Tan's biology is one of their main identifying features in the universe of TiTS.

2. Nepeta (the basic Kaithrit tf) doesn't even give you the Flexibility perk. That role goes to Catnip, which is pretty much just to make a generic cat person and isn't actually representative of the Kaithrit race.

3. As for the rest of them...I'm sorry, but you're reaching way too hard. Percentage chances like that and actual in-game perks are completely different and there's no precedent for adding them to the starting races. It's a decently interesting idea, sure, but you just kinda tossed it into a discussion about starting perks and I can't really tell why.

Kaithrit should begin the game with Flexibility now. I believe Jacques is the one who fixed that, too.

Yes, that is true, but I used the word in a different context; though I can see how it can be confusing. To clarify, I meant that the perk, if it is the one derived from character creation (the race-sensitive one), should still stick around when the balls are lost (as of the latest release)--which is what I am assuming is the issue for this bug report. For the next release, the perk should automatically be removed if no balls exist, regardless of the racial score.
