I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to post this here, but I'm looking for an old adult game I used to play. All I can remember is that it had some character customization, and the avatar you made would actually show up as a visible character, and clothes you put on would appear as well.
I believe the game was post-apocalyptic, with you waking up in some sort of lab, and the first sexual encounter was with some weird purple slime.
