Description: This bug occurs when a Steele has a combination of vaginas and penises totaling more than 3. I have not tested what happens if a Steele has 4 penises, only with 3. The Steele in the save has 3 vaginas and 3 penises.
When you take Suze's drug, it removes penises and turns them into vaginas instead. When this exceeds the maximum number of vaginas allowed, the preexisting vaginas are sacrificed in preference for the temporary ones after the 3rd and will be permanently lost when the drug wears off. In my Steele's case, that would be all preexisting vaginas, leaving her with none while restoring the penises to their former glory. Tested with the Inseminator Pro and Synthetic Womb, and those aren't removed.
Instructions: Check the appearance screen for genital descriptions. Interact with Suze and go through her dialog. When it reaches the point where there is a button that says Done4Now, select that. Then wait until the drug wears off and check the appearance screen again.
