Long Elven Ears?

Is there a way to increase the length of elven ears beyond 4 inches without using the Save Editor? I would like to have ears the length of Etheryn's.

When I used the Save Editor to increase my character's ear length to 12 inches (I'm a big fan of them looooong WoW-style ears), I noticed that there are different description for that in the Appearance tab, so I'm wondering if that means it is possible to get longer than 4 inches of elven ears without the Save Editor?

You can get 12 inch ears by using the ice rose tf found in the frostwoods and glacial rift or buy it from kohaku or tam, though they require you to beat the ice palace first
