So I got a new phone and wanted to transfer my characters over. I saved their files, uploaded them in google drive and locally downloaded them in the new phone. Now when I want to select the file to load, the interface is not recognizing the save files. Anyone have advice on resolving this?

would have to know more about the phones because different phones save files differently. The extensions can be the same but if you go from iPhone to Samsung the save probably won't work.
