Livrea Question

So quick question I've encountered her several times and tipped her 100 gold each time but I still can't seem to further pursue her
I've been to the milking barn many times but still haven't encountered her there
Is there like a specific time that I have to be there to trigger that encounter or is it just up to chance? Is there another step I have to take?
It just seems kind of frustrating

You'll need to be on step 5 of the MSQ The Siege of Khor'Minos (i.e. do the smuggling operation), and then go to the Milking Barn between 18:00-23:00. The wiki page for Livrea and how to unlock her lover and pregnancy content is pretty up to date.
