Lip Mod Question

So how exactly do i lower it? The wiki says Wolfsboon and Minoblood Wine should do the trick, but they won't work...

My lip rating is 6 and i used that combination until there was no effect, nothing.

Wait a minute... I am sure i was able to do this before though. In fact, this characters lip rating used to be 8. Is this a recent change or something like that?

what is your femininity and is it locked?

It is 100%, yeah. I actually tried the lip reduction with Minoblood Wine with none bimbo character, and lip rating 6 is the lowest i can get it to that way. How are you supposed to get it lower than that?
