You need 25/35/50 frost resistance according to the wiki, depending on where you are on Uveto.

The LUCK offers 25, so it's enough for the easiest area and still helpful for later ones.

then an optional possibility to merge the armor with the "arctic warfare belt" if you already have the armor?

to not have to wear two armor for wintriness?
