I saw a blue lethian with yellow lights, and something like a cutie mark from mlp, and I wanted to know who is it and are they planned to be in the game

She one of the two new guards the Rival has hired. The other one's a cowboy style futa. Apparently they're a couple. They both have the that mark and the rings.
