So its been a while since I turned Cait into a bbw with mommy milkers, i did the cat call quest, and taken Cait to visit the twins and vari at their village multiple times, but the big girl conversation for Cait still has not popped up, not sure what's wrong or if this is a bug, don't know what else to do to get leo Cait???

I meant that after doing all the requirements, i still can't get Cait to do the big girl talk, or is it locked when you turn her into a bbw with Mommy milkers, or did i have to bring Cait with me when i first met vari and the twins??

If so I don't think it's intentional. I definitely remember writing bits of the LeoTF scene accounting for her already being round.

The wiki also reflects this being a condition that locks out the option. I think you can reverse the enthiccening and get Leocait, but you can't have both at once.
