Legitimate Investments: Question about Credits

Hello all. Me again.

So with the newest public patch, ships are now live...and incredibly expensive. I decided to start fresh with this patch (seeing as I hadn't played in months and didn't remember where I was or what I was doing) and have run into the problem of funding these purchases. Other than save-scumming "bets" on Mhen'ga, I've not really found a quick way to make credits, which is a problem since I want to get the lovely Paige to fly my ship(s). This brings up the question: how do I afford all this stuff without using the TiTS Ed (I have a separate file for that, and it's mostly for seeing how all the various items/TF's work/look)? Preferably without giving up my virginity (I'm saving it for a special someone). Any legitimate help would be appreciated, especially since higher levels need better gear, and I'm trying not to buy any of that for now...

Bet at the Stadium at Uveto. 10K maximum bet, reasonably good odds of winning. I think it's Intelligence based, but I haven't found the formula yet.

Did some quick testing:
Wins/Losses
Int 0: 3/17
Int 50: 13/7
Int 70: 13/7

Credit Farming: Post 21

Before Uveto:
Beat up the Sexbots on Tarkus for Hammer Shields.
Harvesting Grey Goo samples from Grey Goo girls is a good source of money, if having sex with Anno doesn't count (she won't buy them unless you've recruited her).

Depending on build, you don't necessarily need to buy that much. Melee Tech Specialists, for example don't really care what weapon they're, and beating up Shizuya gives arguably the best Melee weapon for free. Taivra's Spear is also a good weapon.

The ZK Rifle will continue to be good for awhile, and can be replaced by the Zil Bow for free.

The Atma Armor MK 1 is a good early game armor because it has the Airtight flag, which makes some enemies much easier to deal with. Heck, my Tech Specialist kept it until Zheng Shi where it was replaced by the Augment-Weave armor.

Funny, when I used the Search function, I couldn't find that thread. Thanks to all who posted!

A new character can make several million without cheating.
Does that count as losing virginity?
Preferably without giving up my virginity (I'm saving it for a special someone).

Also, you're 265 days in. I'm pretty sure most characters would no longer be in need of money at that point, even if all they did was sell 'Hammer' Shield Belts, Grey Goo samples and Motherhusk/Slutshroom/Spunkshroom.

Not sure, OP didn't specify vaginal, anal or phallus. And in my case, 3 months as a premium breeder was combined with working on stats at Ten Ton gym in addition to a few other optimizations.

Grow a dick and go nuts in the other half of Breedwell then, if a flap of skin in your whatsits matters that much to you. You can make vast amounts of cash donating sperm if you jack your loads up.

I mean, it really doesn't take that long to get to Uveto if you're doing a virgin run and therefore can focus on doing quests and whatnot. Then you can just get to Uveto and do the race betting there. If you were already willing to do the bets on Mhen'Ga, it's mostly the same thing with better payouts. And the Blackjack on Zheng-Shi is even better. You don't need a fancy ship to get that far along, and I'm pretty sure there's no pressure to fill up your ship with crew members, so you can save them for when you have a good enough ship for them, if you're "saving yourself for someone". Anno's about the only one you'd need, and that's just to have a dealer you can easily sell stuff to.

I personally like to use Uveto for the money.
Just running up and down directly beyond the village.
Decent chance for Savritide drops and easy enemies who also have a good chance for expensive drops.

Also, if you are a smuggler and have Anno on board, you can sell Savitide to her for nearly as much as Mrs. Reisner gives you..

(It is possible that this strategy does not work as well if you do not have Ice Cold + low libido.)

If you have trouble with the battles, the Wetraxxel area it a rather easy way to level up quickly..

Going Premium Breeder with Breedwell (you will receive the offer once you’ve popped a total of 18 Rahn babies) is hands-down the most reliably profitable option, especially if you’re down with jacking up your fertility and incubation speed, growing extra wombs, and grinding both the pods and subscribers. If you are practically full-timing it, you can easily get over a million credits per month (strategy I like using is to preload a bit at the pods first, head to Tavros and get all 3 subscribers there (LavLev incidentally gives out the most eggs) then hop to M’henge and if I have time, Tarkus. Fill up any remaining space back at Breedwell. Boom, max or better capacity egg production.

But if this route doesn’t appeal to you, running laps around Uveto with a Nog’wich leash is great too (and actually how I saved up to pay for Paige’s surgery), especially if you still have Mrs. Reasner around, but Anno as crew still pays great if she isn’t.

What I do is work at Beth's to pass the time, after laying the batch, hit up LavLev to get egged up before heading back to Breedwell for the rest of the eggs.

I have more than 18 Rahn babies but I still didn't receive any email about the premium breeder contract

Did you turn them all over to Tamani? If yes, then it might be a bug because the email should have triggered immediately after birth.
