Hello im new to the forums and im not sure where to look for the latest patch notes for TITS if anyone can direct me

The Wiki has an Update History page. It's often one update behind actual latest, but it's a good place to catch up if you've missed multiple. It also links to each Blog post.

You can also just go to the Home page (top-left of the screen), and it'll display the most recent posts - most of which are patch notes for both TiTS and CoC2.
Welcome! Patch notes are usually pinned in the Trials in Tainted Space subforum, and the blog updates regularly too, so that's a good place to start.
