Although my character meets the criteria for Laquine, my race is designated as bunny. When checking the race stats, it show 80% bunny, 80% laquine, 40% kui-tan, 33% human, 25% deer, 22% canine.

It seems Laquine only overrides Bunny if you have both Quad Bunny Ears and exactly two Breast rows. Oddly specific, especially since I don't think any of the Laquine NPCs have multiple breast rows. Or Quad Ears. There's some other weirdness with the system, too.
Kitsune requires at least 8000 Vaginal Capacity, but does not grant Bonus Capacity. I think this is a holdover from CoC. Males can get Kitsune just from Foxfire/Frostfire, Females need the Vaginal Capacity and Herms can't get it at all.
+Feline if all cocks are Feline, which returns true if Steele has 0 cocks.
Pigs are not the only race with penile sheaths, and they already have a dedicated Penis type.
Cow-Girl is reportedly hard to get. Two different Cow-Girls. One with 10 points, the other with 16.
Cow-Girl 10: Bovine Ears, Horns, Tail, Legs, Digitigrade Legs, Muzzled Face, Hooves Tongue
Cow-Girl 16: Bovine Ears, Horns, Tail (Long/Fluffy), Digitigrade Legs, Face, Tongue, Human Arms, Lactating, Nipple Length, Hip Rating, 4 Nipples/Breast, Is MilkTank.
Demon has two Wing entries:
Wing type demonic, small demonic, or tentacle: point: 1
Wing type demonic, or succubus: point: 1
2nd seems to actually be legs (correctly).

This is a WIP. There was internal discussion yesterday about what these scores mean. When Gedan simplified the way race scores are calculated, it became based on what the TF does, not what the race canonically is.
Laquines do not have two breast rows, but the TF has a chance to go overboard and give you two breast rows. Do we count that? It was decided to count it.
Currently that race score sheet can be thought of as "did you exhaust the TF yet" rather than "are you the pinacle of this race as it exists in the universe." This is a shift from what many users expect, but I'm hopeful that making the list transparent will help.
It's transparent, if you have Cheats on. Not everybody does. Crazy, I know.
I don't think I've ever seen the second breast row trigger. But maybe I haven't spammed it enough.
Edit: Just used 30 Laquine Ears on a new (female) character. Never got the 2nd Breast Row.
Edit2: 20 more. Still no 2nd row. Is there a requirement I'm missing?
I'm predicting this will come up again. At least until the Choose-Your-Race menu is finished.

When sleeping, the post Daydream Heat has ended message comes before the Daydream.
Also, rabbits don't have paw-pads. But maybe alien bunnies do?
If it's based off of what the Transformative can give you, Kitsune should not require 8000 Vaginal Capacity. Because it can't do that. It's achievable, but you need to use other items to reach it.
Edit: I don't think the 2nd Breast Row is actually possible, Here's a save from the beginning of the game. Started as female Human. Went through 30-40 Laquine Ears. Just move a tile and an effect should proc.

The calculation for Kitsune could also be improved by making the "Vulpine not 9 tail, but more than 1: points: 2 & Vulpine 9 tail: points: 3" to instead be that you get 2 points for having more than 1 Vulpine tail and an additional point for having the full 9 or just remove the Vulpine 9 tail 'option' and have having more than 1 Vulpine tail give 3 points so the system doesn't mistakenly think that it's possible to get 10 points in Kitsune when it's actually only possible to get 8.
On a sort of unrelated note Amazon really doesn't feel like it should be a race and should be an addition to races, but I have no idea how messy that could be to actually implement. It could be done by having an Amazonian Variant of all the races but I think that would be at the very least time consuming to balance properly so the Amazonian Variant isn't just always the one someone would get by not specifically avoiding getting features that are considered part of the typical Amazon look.
There already is a system to put 'taur' at the end of any race, if you qualify. Presumably, the same could be done for 'Amazonian' at the beginning.
