Lapinara Dead?

It appears that the Lapinara will be gone from the planet Turkes. It makes me wonder what else will be done with them. I know the black void pirates have one. Will they be made as a more complex race or just reworked in a different location? I wonder. What does everyone else think?

i always wished there was a tf for them, i definitely would have played one. hope i dont forget whatever the cheat to turn them on was
