I was reading the wiki and it seems to imply (by not mentioning other possibilities) that Kiyoko can only gain tails by having sex with the player, and maybe even only before she is freed from the astral plane. So what I'm wondering is, can she keep getting pregnant after freedom, and by characters other than the PC? Thanks

Yes, Kiyoko will still get pregnant after being freed from the astral plane, and will gain tails the more kits she has. No, she cannot be impregnated by anyone other than the player.
For an extra surprise that may make you laugh a bit try and make sure that Kiyoko has 9 tails before you free her.
