When talking to Kiyoko about children and bringing up Kinu she will mention how Kinu is a good older sibling and takes care of them better than she did when she was a child. However, my Kiyoko has no other children outside the one still in her belly. Kinu is still an only child unless we had ghost children I don't know about!
