Kiro Is Unable To Be Saved?

As of current patch of 9.019, it is impossible to save Kiro even if you use the proper methods. That, or the cutscene broke.

Either way, I have not encountered Kiro for a concerningly long time after this point.

I also confirm this is going on and there seems to be no other mention I can see. I initially thought that it was changed so fixing the machine wouldn't activate Kiro so I reloaded and got fucked but that didn't progress to the next scene either.

edit: well shortly after posting this I encountered Kiro. Nonetheless the scene after "Now that's a rescue" remained missing and she really didn't seem to exist after fixing machine.
