For some reason Kira the Gnoll won't become a follower, though I have brought her her clothes and Sanders has given her a new sword. Sanders also still has the "Gnoll?" Dialogue prompt, but it's grayed out and says "Sanders needs more time to heal the Gnoll's body and mind." I have finished the "Alienation" quest and it is marked as completed in my log.

There is still an bug where the button to start the "Alienation" quest from Brother Sanders doesn't dissapear after completing it, further than that it seems Kira is not ment to be an Follower or anything else than an simple npc for now.
