So is it possible to get all of her events? Or do you only get enough to max her meter and then the events stop?

She doesn't have a meter that maxes out, just a sliding scale that determines her personality once she's freed. You can see all the events with persistence.

That’s what I meant by meter, I know I could see all events on the wiki, my question is do the events stop when her scale is max, or can you experience all the events?

That's the point, there is no max. You just keep adjusting her relationship number until you free her or run out of events, whichever happens first.
