For those of you who have it, does it work?

I was save editing (i know i know) because I was bored and I was using the thunderblade but all it says is that flavor text "thunder strikes" but I don't notice any more damage? Am I reading this wrong? Or is it some weird save edit issue? I even made a new fresh save and gave it the weapon but it does the same thing

The way it works is that when you hit, the game calculates the damage, then adds 30% of the damage dealt as additional storm damage.

Because it's added to the damage you're already dealing and not a separate attack, you don't see the extra damage in the combat log. But if you do a bit of experimenting, you'll notice that yes, it does in fact increase your damage dealt.

The "thunder strikes" text is to let you know that it procced, as there are some things it doesn't proc on I believe.

I've tested it though, and it definitely does work.
