Not A Bug Kaska's disarm affects abilities it shouldn't

Not actually a bug.

It was brought to my attention that someone in the discord server encountered this problem with a tech specialist with thermal disruptor. it turns out that Kaska, when she disarms you, also takes away your ability to use disruptor abilities. I'm not sure this should happen.

This seems to be intentional--and not just for Kaska, but for being Disarmed in general. It's likely following the same logic as grenade type special attacks: when disarmed, the character can't produce a weapon (both new or current) until the Disarmed effect is removed. Some NPCs, and maybe the player character, can recover from Disarmed quickly, but otherwise, it's up to the number of turns assigned for the effect.

To address this for the next release, I've added an extra line to the attack's button tooltip to describe if it is affected by the Disarmed status effect, as well as expanding the status effect's tooltip to acknowledge that special attacks can be affected as well.

That clarification makes sense, especially if the disruptor is treated like a weapon based special attack rather than a purely innate ability. Updating both tooltips should prevent players from assuming the ability has bugged out when the disarm effect is working as designed.
