Karaquest part 2 wont proc

for some reason karaQuest part 2 isnt proccing for this save file. idk whats going on with it. admitedly i did edit my save to max out my level and stats but thats all, and it should be popping up since im above level 8. even after beating the nyrea queen it doesnt proc.

i know this is kind more a me issue, so i get it of you just wanna tell me to fuck off with this.

I just double checked that the intro event for this does fire with all the required things satisfied. It's basically being in the myrellion hangar whilst:

Tiavra is beaten, or you're the King Nyrea, or your Level 8+
Kara & Shade has been resolved
