Besides Anno, which NPCs buy just about anything for a decent price? Renvra only buys items at 30% base value

Colenso on Tarkus will buy anything at 25% price but doing a quest for him will raise it to 85%.

There's also Artie on Mhen'ga, but I think his buy prices are as bad as Renvra, or worse.

There's Vulkris over on Zheng Shi, he buys stuff for 60% of the base value.
