Odds are you’re either on iOS, or Safari on some other platform. Issue has been well reported but likely not seeing a fix soon. 
Stick with chrome or Firefox on PC.
edit: any chance of a mod combining these and putting up a sticky with requirements? Known issues?

As I mention here, that’s too simple a question. iOS chrome and Firefox are really just safari, so it confuses people.

I'll just add I'm running it on Opera (GX) and it works too.

I expect the new Edge would work as well. WebKit is the odd one out.
