[jk i have no braincells pls delete] Penny stuck in pumpking dungeon?

So I didn't end up doing the pumpking event when it triggered last halloween and ever since then Penny has been. stuck in the dungeon. I didn't worry about it or check on it before bc I just figured she would reset back into place after holiday events locked again and thought I remembered that being a thing before? She's still replaced by the other cop who begs me to save her but the dungeon itself is. locked actually?

I can't figure out how to fix it. I tried to set it to do Halloween events out of season, but that didn't change anything. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but nothing else seems to be happening that could unlock it (I could try wandering near it and see if a fight triggers but I haven't had any luck. idk)



I figured I may as well make a bug report in case I did break something? I'll keep fucking around for now I guess in case I'm just a dumbass and not doing it right.
