Jasvalla following in the elevator [0.9.135-Backer#6212]

The initial Jasvalla encounter is following me up and down the elevator. The Hangar as expected, but she'll also appear in the Residential Deck and even the Nursery.
If spoken to in a non-hangar area I get teleported to the Merchant Deck afterward.
