found this info in an old post and it just became relevet to my current save. I did all of mirrin's things first and when Jasvalla gives the apartment number you cant go meet her.
They don't live in the same apartment. The map is just shit.
The east most tile, which is Mirrin's, you can visit via > and if you're standing in front of said tile and press the "Knock East" option then you'll enter Jasvalla's apartment.
