Issues with Infertile and Invirile

My character apparently is infertile and invirile going off of the stats page in the codex. I tried editing the save a variety of ways, changing numers, removing and adding genitals, and changing perks. Any idea on how I could fix this?

It's the Hardlight Taur Suit. Remove it, and Fertility/Virility go back to normal.

Do you have a backup save from before you did all the save-editing? Your game crashes whenever I try to Sleep, Fly anywhere or Wait for too long.
