Seeing as the wiki is outdated and this character only shows up in an encounter:

Somehow i got the impression that said character was a cowgirl from the bust, but from another thread here it's said that she isn't.

Not a girl or not a cow?

And why was Brienne trying to hide behind the champion? I guess I'm missing a lot of context here, as I had Brienne with me instead of Brint.

Can't really re-read the text as it seems it's a one time thing and I don't have the save anymore...

Isadora is a human.

She knows Brint. They say hi if you have him; in Brienne's case, Bri says "hi Isadora" and then realizes Isadora hasn't introduced herself yet and gets embarrassed.

Her nude bust (which can't yet be seen in-game, only in the game's files) lacks horns at all, making it clear they're part of her armour. Given two of her alternate busts (also not viewable in-game yet), I'm pretty sure there's plans to turn her into a cow-girl at some point.

Just had a look there, there's stuff there that makes me ask myself: "Is this some sort of foreshadowing?"

E.g. Demon Brienne.

'Yes'. Actually, that specific one is just part of a holiday-themed event. For now, Wsan's mentioned that it will also be part of Brienne's corruption route but that's a fairly recent development.

EDIT: Oh, just found the post for it.

EDIT 2: Yeah, "break and reforge" sounds just like the thing one would do to turn someone into a Demon. Especially Brienne, as she can be so in love with the champion.

The game is designed for people to be able to engage in smut content that matches their fetishes and to avoid smut content that they don't like.

Corruption is one of those things; you can indulge in it and get corrupt content, or you can avoid it and get pure content. Both are valid. I like one better than the other.
