Gryvain are, by their very nature, purely hermaphroditic. Half-Gryvain can be female, but not male.
Savin hates male pov femdom and so strives to ban all male PCs, one race at a time.
Well then he still got much work to do..and his main target is probably Kui-Tai race ^^
But on male Gryvain...PC can be such with taking other mods after Draco Guard (or picking herm Gryvain option on start of the game).

Dr. Lash is always an option. Speaking of removing things, if a Kui-Tan removes their penis but not their balls, will they eventually become permanently immobile? Or will they lose enough score to lose Nuki-Nuts?
There isn't an option to be a male one from the get-go.
There's options to BECOME one though. Just buy Man-Up from Sera and abuse the 'furfag' cheat for multiple use and you should be good.

Bad example. Savin hates Embry, because as well as lacking taste he lacks a heart.
I was gonna get all pissy about you misgendering the poor monkey gril, but NS brought up a better point. Savin doesn't like (or pity) characters being screwed by life out of nowhere in what he sees as inorganic way, that's why his characters usually screw up their own lives.
Except for Kaede who didn't do nuthing and still got hit with all that suffering and drama. And Del, who got trapped in a dignity-sapping gender-bending slavery for not seeing through a scheme when applying for a job. Huh...
Anyway, Del is probably a better example of how Savin likes his feminine boys. That is to say: turned (or in the process of being turned) into girls.

Kaede's current life (one glimpses of which you see in-game) is mostly pretty decent, if a bit confusing and emotionally draining. But if you delve into the fiction section, you'll find out that she got dragged through a lot of shit. And although it's not canon, since she is banging that Leithan sugar-momma, the first ending of the Downtime. was a proper gut punch.
